The Masquerade Dance 2020. Saturday, October 31, 2020. 6:30 – 10 pm. The Dance Project is hosting its 12th annual Masquerade Dance – a semi-formal event with great, clean pop music and lively swing dance instruction (grade 7 – 12). Students come wearing modest, semi-formal dress, accompanying masks and/or modest costumes. The dance will take place in the gymnasium at Cornerstone Church, 9455 Hilton Rd., Brighton. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for early registration. A swing dance lesson for beginners will be given at 6:30 p.m. Water will be provided.  Admission is $10 per person at the door.  Dress Code will be enforced.  Proceeds benefit The Dance Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit group whose mission is “dedicated to changing the culture by promoting positive dancing” to area schools.  For more information, contact Jamie Nicholson, 248-210-9409, or visit
