The Dance Project has worked in nearly 20 schools all over Michigan, putting on dances, giving swing dance lessons to guests before school dances, showing teachers how to incorporate swing dancing into their gym classes, helping students start and/or run after school swing dance clubs, and more!

TDP Semi-Formal Dress Code OR “sock-hop” attire (1950’s outfits, poodle skirts, etc.)

Join The Dance Project as we help members of Cornerstone Christian School, learn to SWING DANCE at their sock hop-themed Daddy Daughter Dance!  
 
Join Cornerstone Christian School, The Dance Project, and fathers and daughters of all ages for an intentional evening designed to reinforce the special love relationships God intended for His families. Fathers will have the opportunity to model proper dating with their daughters, emphasizing the value of purity and the importance of courtesy and respect from the men in their lives. Fancy desserts and beverages will be featured, swing dancing lessons will be given, a sock hop theme is planned.

FREE ADMISSION to the dance for TDP Dance Support (email swingdancefans@gmail.com to reserve your spot). 

All members of TDP Dance Support must complete the Required Online Forms  for the season – ONCE PER YEAR.

Swing Dance Lesson at 6:30 pm. Arrival time is 6:00 pm to check in and prepare for service. This event is not open to the public. Members of The Dance Project may attend if they reserve their spot by emailing swingdancefans@gmail.com, and agree to serve as TDP Dance Support. Event ends at 8:00 pm.

TDP Dance Support members will wear official TDP buttons, or name tag. Semi-formal OR “sock-hop” (1950’s outfits, poodle skirts, etc.) attire is required
